New Moon Goddess Bath Ritual to Manifest Your Dreams

The New moon phase promotes new beginnings, new endeavors and new relationships.  This is the opportune time to plant seeds of ideas to be harvested later.  During the new moon phase we can set intentions to make positive changes, it is a good time for new career opportunities and to manifest our dreams.

Manifest your dreams with a Goddess Bath Ritual!

How to Create Sacred Space for a Bath Ritual

1. Put on some music that provides a relaxing atmosphere and light an incense.                                                                                                                               
2. Clear all clutter and completely clean your bathroom.                                                                                                                                                                       
3. Surround your bathroom with beauty by using fresh flowers and items that have special meaning to you.  Choose some items that represent the elements. Earth: crystals that resonate with your intention, Air: feathers, Fire: candles, Water: moon water                                                                                                                                                                       
4. Make a plate of freshly cut organic fresh fruit and dark chocolate.  Set it within arms reach. Use a special glass or chalice to drink a glass of moon water, or wine.                                                                                                     
5. Run a bath adding Himalayan salt, white sage leaves, therapeutic grade essential oils and you can also add some of your moon water.                                                                                                         
6. Light a new white candle.                                                                                                                                                                                                               
7. Set your intentions and plant your seeds by writing down on a piece of paper the positive changes you want in your life.  Be specific with what you desire to manifest in your life.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
8. Lay in the bath and bring your awareness inward, close your eyes and visualize your dreams.

 *Some essential oils that blend well with tangerine are cinnamon, frankincense, nutmeg and lavender.

Full Moon Stones for Rituals

The Full Moon is an optimal time for ritual and ceremony.  There are some stones that you can use for Full Moon rituals: Moonstone, Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Carnelian, Pearl and Ruby.  

Place any or all of these stones on your altar during the Full Moon energy which is the day before, during or the day after the night of the Full Moon. 

Re-calibrate and re-energize your crystals and gemstones on your altar during this time of the moon phase with the sounds of singing bowls, tuning forks and or by smudging with sage and a feather wand.

New Moon Tea Ritual

You're Invited to my New Moon Manifesting Tea Party!  Let's enjoy some combat aging tea together while planting seeds of intention to manifest our hearts desires.


Silver needle white tea is made from the tender buds of the delicate tea  bush and harvested only two days a year, therefore known as "The Rolls-Royce" of Tea. Grown in  the Fujian province of South East China in remote mountainsides high above sea level, it is said that since it grows in this pollution free environment drinking this tea will combat aging which is one of it's healthy benefits.

 
Here is a list of what you will need for our MANIFESTING TEA PARTY!

* Jasmine Silver Needle Loose White Tea
* Loose Leaf Tea Infuser
* Kettle
* Teapot & Tea Cup
* Paper
* Pen
* Meditation Music
* Incense
* Lighter or Matches...
* Candle (choose a colour that represents what you would like to manifest in your life, see chart below)

RED: energy, strength, passion, love
BLUE: wisdom, calmness
PURPLE: power, success, enthusiasm
YELLOW: confidence, health
GREEN: rejuvenation, prosperity, fertility, harmony
PINK: love, devotion, faith
WHITE: purity, unity, peace, happiness, spiritual awareness


SET THE MOOD:  Put on some meditation music.  (If you would like a copy of the Rise'N Thrive soundtrack to add to your play list, message me directly through my website www.chersumlove.com and I'll send you a free download of the full length track today).  Light your incense and create a sacred space by a window with a table and comfortable chair to enjoy your tea.

START YOUR KETTLE: There is an art of making jasmine silver needle tea.  Take your time and prepare mindfully.  Use 2 tablespoons of jasmine silver needle and put it in the tea ball infuser, then douse the tea ball in a cup of cold water before you place it in your tea pot.  Heat water to 175 degrees (79 degrees Celsius) and pour 8 ounces over the tea ball in the tea pot then steep for 5 minutes.  This tea is perfect on it's own and does not need anything added. 

LET THINGS GO:  First we must release what no longer serves us.  Write down on a piece of paper a list of things you would like to let go of.  When you are finished the list either tear it into pieces or burn it.  Letting go of things you no longer want in your life creates space for what you desire in your life.

SET YOUR INTENTIONS: Light your candle.  Write on a new piece of paper your hearts desires, your goals, your dreams, what you want in your life.  When you're finished you can fold the paper and place it by the candle, allow your candle to burn until it goes out on it's own.

ENJOY YOUR TEA:  Hold your tea cup with both hands and rest the cup close to your heart gently resting on your chest, close your eyes, take a deep breath in allowing the fragrance of jasmine into your soul.  Exhale softly and slowly as you feel the warmth of the tea cup warm your heart.  Repeat 3 times as you visualize your hearts desires.  Sip your tea slowly and peacefully as you gaze out the window and or watch your candle flame with thoughtfulness.

Let Your Goddess Glow with Magic Moon Water Flow!

The night before the Full Moon make your own Goddess Moon Water...

#1. Find any type of a glass bottle, container or mason jar. 

    

(These are the types of glass containers I use)

#2. Fill with water.  

                                                              (I use purified water)

                               #3. Bless your water with white sage.

                       (I bless and cleanse my water and crystals with white sage smudging.)

#4. Place your bottle outside in a place that it will be in the light of the moon for the entire night,  or you can place it by a window that receives the moonlight. 

"Beautiful moon, 

bright night light 

who moves the earthly tides,  

charge this water with your light,

 lovely moon goddess of the night."

#5.  Remove bottle from outside or from window before the sunrise.

Moon Water will taste delightful and by consuming will awaken your goddess power and give you more energy.  Water your plants with Moon Water and watch them Thrive!

Make your own Chakra Kit leather bag:

You will need:
~ pieces of leather
~ hemp string
~ scissors
~ velcro (adhesive backing)
~ leather hole puncher

1) Cut leather out in a square shape to make the pouch and a long skinny piece to attached for the handle.
2) Punch holes along the sides of the pouch and on each end of the handle.
3) Sew with the hemp string through the holes attaching the pieces of leather together and tie a knot at the ends.
4) Attach the velcro on the pouch for the flap of the pouch to be fastened.
5) Add embellishing with shapes and designs using the same method of cut, punch and sew!
